Terms and Conditions  

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your registration.

Registration and Confirmation  

Registration is considered binding once the written confirmation has been sent by the organizers.

Payment Terms  

Full payment of the registration fee must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Access to the conference will be denied if the payment has not been settled by the event start date.  

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost. Please notify the organizers of the change at least 7 days before the event.

Cancellation or Postponement of event 

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). In the event of cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded in full. The organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Data Protection (GDPR)  

Your personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this conference and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
