Eva’s areas of expertise are crisis preparedness, risk and vulnerability analysis, and continuity management. She is currently working with Region Skåne in the development and implementation of their internal crisis preparedness efforts. She also takes on assignments as an outside expert, an educator and an investigator at various levels of society.
Eva is an external doctoral student at EAT where she is carrying out research in the areas of crisis preparedness and civil defense from an individual and societal perspective. From 2017 to 2019 she managed the project entitled: “Resource-Enhanced Supply of Pharmaceuticals in the Event of Crisis, Heightened State of Alert and War”.
Eva's research is based on the Swedish crisis management system and how the implementation of crisis preparedness tasks and civil defense takes place from the individual and societal perspective. The overall goal of her thesis research is to gain knowledge and to develop methods that can support the implementation of crisis preparedness in society.
