I conducted my undergraduate studies within the field of psychology with specialization in Human Resource Management and I have a Ph.D. in Industrial Work Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm Sweden.
My main area of research interest is ongoing relations among new technologies, organizing structures, cultural norms and work practices. More specifically threats and possibilities in the transition of working time from the standard work week in which employees work in one location to an increasingly fluid situation where working time has become more diverse and flexible.
