Using polystyrene particles for inhalation studies is practical in many ways, but additional challenges appear when you deal with nanoparticles. In this presentation we will look at the pros and cons of three methods of aerosolizing polystyrene nanoparticles, exploring why polystyrene particles are useful in inhalation studies, as well as evaluating their safety in said studies.
